Multitech as a distributor and accredited Service Centre for AOC, Canon, D-Link, Epson, HP, Hyundai, Lenovo, Philips, Samsung, TP-Link, Transcend, Severin and VOX Electronics, supplies Cyprus market with the full range of parts and provide services that keep the business growing.
Multitech has a dedicated service team consisting of 20 staff members who’s concern is to enquire that the established RMA processes run smoothly and that the customers experience a high level of satisfaction. The Service department regularly supplies a variety of spare parts to it’s Channel Partners for onsite repairs and upgrades.
The RMA Dpt is responsible for the logistics in the Service department. Products returned from and to both resellers and end users are handled by the RMA team.
The Support team is in charge of providing diagnosis and repair of malfunction products. Phone support and on site support can be provided if requested.
The Spare Parts team is responsible for supplying spare parts for upgrades and defective products from their vendors respectively.
